Aldea Brewery, a local brewer, has created a wonderful stout to be served at Mr. Dubin's artist reception on March 29.  I tasted it a week ago, and though it had not been bottled long enough for some of the sugars to mellow, it was still easily as enjoyable as a Guinness.
